Digital Product Policy

All products available on ERRose are intangible, digital goods delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

We only consider a refund under the following rare conditions:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a system error.

  • You never received the product download link after payment and support is unable to resolve it.

Refund requests based on change of mind, accidental purchase, or misunderstanding of product content will not be honored.
